Women In Tech Week

The Brief

PCN Capital hired me to create a content marketing campaign addressing the gender gap in tech and fintech.

My Approach

To address the gender gap in the tech industry, I leveraged the company's channels to amplify the voices of women in tech. Each day unveiled diverse content, spanning podcasts, blogs, and video interviews, highlighting the experiences and insights of both aspiring and accomplished women in tech. The campaign concluded with an in-person networking event at PCN's Amsterdam HQ.

Last Friday was an exciting day at #pcn ! 👩‍💻

We hosted our first in-person event for our 'Women In Tech' week at our Keizersgracht HQ! We spoke about topics ranging from the #genderpaygap in tech, to advice they would pass on to young women entering the industry and solutions that we can work towards together. 💪
